不使用電腦時,將狀態改為睡眠模式或關機,關閉不需要使用的電器設備電源。

減少或重複使用紙張。例如以數位方式記筆記,掃描文件,發送電子郵件取代傳統書信。

使用可重複利用的容器包裝餐點帶到辦公室,並使用環保餐具。

選擇可重複使用的文具用品。

When not using a computer, switch it to sleep mode or power it off, and turn off the power to any unnecessary electrical devices.

Reduce or reuse paper. Take notes digitally, scan documents, and send emails instead of writing paper-based letters. 

Use reusable containers to bring meals to the office, and utilize ecofriendly utensils.
