As the Regional Director of Carnival Taiwan since July 2017, have been invited and have lectured of the cruise related topics for the students major in maritime transportation, travel and tourism, maritime management, and logistics of the graduate schools and universities. Meanwhile, have been invited and have lectured to the public or the camp for college teachers at the talent training or introductory courses, organized by Taiwan International Ports Corporation (TIPC), Association of Cruise Development for Taiwan (ACDT), and Taiwan Consumer Protection Foundation. Were invited to attend certain forums for topics such as cruise talents, regional and global cruise trends and development, and cruise strategies as the panelist or speaker.
As of Feb. 2021, over 35 years of working experiences in various nature of companies, including maritime transportation, international airlines, international cruises company, hotel chain, travel agency, management consultant, and manufacturing. Other than working in Taiwan, expatriate experiences included working in Shanghai, China, Jakarta, Indonesia, and New York City, U.S.A.
